PAYMENT TERMS. PAYMENT MUST BE RENDERED AT TIME OF ORDER.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 35% MUST BE MADE ON ALL  ORDERS INCLUDING CUSTOMCAKES . NO REFUNDS  OR EXCHANGES.

ALL PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYPAL MUST BE VERIFIED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND ANY PAYMENT AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER SHOULD WE SUSPECT UNAUTHORIZED USAGE OF THE CREDIT CARD USED, TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

Additional notes for Custom Cakes

We strive to decorate the exact cake design you want. We do reserve the right to use creative license where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality of our product and designs. If no picture or sketch is provided  for   a reference,we reserve the right to use creative license to represent the design.

We will always make a “best effort” to contact you for design clarification or acceptance when a design change is needed. 

Once a cake has been delivered and cut up by you or a designated party it is considered "accepted". Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade choice or general decoration design will not be honored.

Cancellations:If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Morgan's Sweet Club is notified at least ten (10) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within ten(10) business days of the event .This applies to all custom orders,wedding cakes.

We also reserve  the right to cancel  any order placed at any time.We also reserve the right to fulfill any orders in conjuction with any promotions,advertisements,group buying offers etc with  us or 3rd parties subject to our availabilty .
